We’re confident in the performance of our BWM log splitters. That’s why we back eligible BWM log splitters with our Money Back Guarantee.

If your BWM log splitter is unable to split your wood when used correctly and within the machine’s stated operating capacity, you may return it for your money back, subject to the terms and conditions below.

How It Works

1. Put your BWM log splitter to work on the wood you need to split.
2. If the machine is genuinely unable to split your wood, contact BWM Products. We may ask for photos or a short video showing the logs and the machine operating so our technical team can confirm the splitter is correctly set up and being used as intended.
3. If the machine still cannot satisfactorily split representative logs from your wood supply, you may make a claim under our Money Back Guarantee.

Terms & Conditions

To qualify for the Money Back Guarantee:

• You must be the original purchaser and provide proof of purchase.
• The log splitter must be correctly assembled, operated and maintained in accordance with the owner’s manual.
• The timber must be suitable for log splitting and able to be safely positioned on the machine.
• The timber must be within the log splitter’s stated operating dimensions and capacity.
• BWM Products must be given a reasonable opportunity to assess the machine and the claim.
• Photos or videos showing the timber and unsuccessful splitting attempts may be required.
• The machine must not have been modified, misused, abused, damaged or operated incorrectly.
• The guarantee does not apply to change of mind, incorrect machine selection, timber containing foreign objects, or timber that exceeds the machine’s stated operating capacity.

For an approved claim, BWM Products will refund the purchase price paid for the eligible log splitter. Original freight, assembly charges, return freight, accessories and other services are not refundable under this voluntary guarantee unless otherwise agreed.

Any free or promotional products supplied with the log splitter must also be returned. If they are not returned, their retail value may be deducted from the refund.

Additional to Your Consumer Rights

The BWM Money Back Guarantee is a voluntary guarantee provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
